Hashma survival
It's 6 am in the morning and Leah is at work getting ready to fly to China.
“Hopefully we are still lucky today with no plane crashes,’’ as she crosses two fingers
She looks down at her fingers and says to herself
“Oh! Can’t do that, that’ll give me bad luck, oh well I didn’t even do for too long we should be alright,’’ as she walks toward her plane.
“Good morning Leah, another cold day isn’t it?’’ Hannah says to Leah
“Yeah, it is…” Leah responds to Hannah
“Are you ok Leah?’’
“Yeah, it’s just…”
“Come on Leah we tell each other everything,”
“It’s just when I was crossing my fingers…”
“Let me guess you crossed both of your fingers so now you're worried that we’re gonna crash the plane, I’ve heard this so many times!’’
“I know but…”
“Leah, we are NOT gonna crash we’ve got Bill and Will as our captains today...they're the best captains in the whole of Christchurch,”
“Yeah, I guess so…”
“And even if we do crash the plane we'll get help,”
“Thanks but I’m still worried…”
“I know...but maybe we should finish cleaning and maybe that will take away some anxiety?”
“mhm,”
‘LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THIS IS YOUR CAPTAIN SPEAKING,’
‘On behalf of the flight crew, let me welcome you aboard Jetstar We should touch down in china 36 hours depending on the weather,’
“36 hours on a plane to China and then another 36 hours back to Christchurch just great…” Leah mumbles under her breath
‘This is your captain speaking, we’ve just hit our cruising altitude of 11,000 feet. I’ve turned off the seat-belt light, which means you are now free to move about the cabin. However, for your own safety, please fasten it when you are seated, in case we encounter any unexpected turbulence that you, dinner shall be served soon.’
“Those stars are beautiful…”
“Leah are you okay?” asks Hannah
“Yeah… it’s just,”
“Folks we have had a flight control problem upfront here we're working on it. That's Hashima island off to the right...OH NO here we go.”
“Hannah did you hear that?!”
“YES, BUT JUST STAY CALM AND TRY TO HELP THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE PLANE!”
“Okay, I'll try,”
Everyone stays calm, we are just going to try to safely land on Hashima island...ok I turned the mic off but now we are going to have to crash land on Hashima Island…
All you could hear were screams rapidly
“Oh god, I forgot to turn the mic off...i didn’t mean that everyone just remain calm,”
The screams were getting louder now.
Hannah slowly looked at Leah but there was nothing there instead she saw Leah on the floor hysterically crying and saying to herself
”I knew it, I just knew it! I knew I shouldn't have crossed both of my fingers, ”
”look Leah we are going to get saved when we land on hashima island, ”
Tighten your seatbelts, because we're gonna, have to crash land
”tell us some new news, ” an old man shouts from the front of the plane
A few seconds later the plane goes down.
Everyone stops moving for a few minutes until the captain comes out of his cabin and says ”well that could have been a lot worse, ”
”what do you mean by ’that could have been a lot worse’?!” Leah snaps back at Bill
”where's will?” asks Hannah
Bill looked up at the sky and said
”up there, ”
”So you're saying ’that could have been a lot worse’ when one of our captains are dead?!”
A young woman shouts out ” look this argument isn't getting us very far, we need to get food and water and start finding a way to get the HELL OFF OF THIS ISLAND RIGHT NOW!”
A few claps we're made in the back
”I think we should all split into groups of 3 groups of 10, therefore, each group should have an aircraft member, ” says Hannah
Everyone agreed to do this idea.
After they got into three groups they split up going in different directions.
”Ok we'll meet back here in about 3 hours later, ”
A few hours later…
Hannah's group
”Come on guys we should go back it's getting dark, ” Hannah says in a little bit of confusion
Leah's group
”let's go back it's going to get dark, ” Leah says very confidently
Bills group
”is that Hannah group?!” Bill says to himself
”HANNAH IS THAT YOU?!” Bill shouts out to Hannah and her group
”YES IT'S HANNAH. IS THAT YOU BILL?!” Hannah shouts back
”Yeah where are you going the plane is this way...oh and hi Leah!”
”Hi Bill” Leah responds
”Both of you and your groups come over here…”
As Leah and Leah’s group and Hannah and her group come over they see a helicopter flying very slowly over them
”Oh I have some emergency blow torches let's light them and throw them in the air, ” says Bill
As they blow the blow torches Leah says to herself
”Finally I’ll be able to get off of this dumb stupid island, ” Leah, Bill and Hannah all throw blow torches along with about 20 other people but then disaster struck when most of the blowtorches hit the helicopter causing the helicopter fall after that no one has ever seen the people go into the island or come out of it...
